Co-grantor

Two people, usually spouses or domestic partners, who create and fund a trust fund together, generally known as a joint trust. The co-grantors transfer money or property to the trust and choose the terms of the trust, including who will be the beneficiaries of the trust. A joint trust is most often used in community property states but may be used in any state.
